Casa Bella

This beautiful villa is located in the secured condominium neighborhood of Los Nomadas, it includes a private entrance (1 minute walk) to one of the most highly rated beaches in the Dominican Republic, Playa Coson. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and it is positioned second row from the beach which makes it perfect for your tropical escape.

The house is approx. 3800 square feet with 4 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms. It is made up of the Main House, the Bungalow, the swimming pool and the garden.

The main house:

(Contains 3 of the 4 main bedrooms)

– The master bedroom is very spacious with 1 king-size bed, a couch, a large closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a door to the side covered Veranda.

– Bedroom 2 has 1 queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a closet a mezzanine above that could be used for extra sleeping space, and a door to the covered Veranda.

– Bedroom 3 has 1 queen-size bed with a soaring ceiling, it also has an ensuite bathroom and a closet.

There is a spacious living area inside in front of the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a long dining table that seats 10 people. Additionally, the shutters open upward to give great views of the pool from the kitchen and also enable the kitchen to be easily accessible for outside dining.

The Bungalow or Casita:

Here you will find the 4th bedroom along with wooden stairs to a mezzanine level above, there are 2 queen-size beds as well as an ensuite bathroom and a closet.

Outside:

We have a large outdoor covered patio with comfortable couch seating in front of the pool. There is an outside dining table that will seat 8/10 along with 4 bar chairs outside of the kitchen pass-through. There is also a grill for you to barbecue outside. On the side of the main house, there is a covered veranda that can be accessed from the outside but also there are doors from the Master & second bedroom. The pool area is lushly landscaped for privacy and is very tropical.
